ERP System Expert Specialist

Job Description:

ERP System Expert Specialist will primarily work on developing ERP System based on requirements business, functional and technical, coordinate with other team member to provide testing plan for users and training process. The right individual candidate should have an experience with any ERP implementation process starts with writing, testing, documentation and validation processes.

Responsibilities:

* Participate in the complete software development life cycle and assist in design of systems and analysis of business process specifications
* Prepare test data, test scripts and test coded programs thoroughly to validate completeness and accuracy
* Finalize development documentation (Functional, Program, User Specifications)
* Maintain current knowledge of standard programming languages, coding methods, operational requirements
* Assist in installation and deployment of system
* Develop technical support policy and procedure

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
* 2 – 3 years of working experience in programming or any ERP project, experience in ERP for plantation will be an advantage
* Good knowledge of programming and database design fundamentals.
* Knowledge of the following language / technology such as: MsSQL, Web Services and any ERP open source framework (Opentaps, Ofbiz, WebERP)
* Proficient in any of the web or desktop programming language / technology: Java, Visual Basic, .NET, ASP.net, PHP.
* Strategic thinker, positive attitude, initiative, proactive personality, creative, good team player.
* Have passion for quality assurance of end-user applications and motivated by making customers happy, ability to communicate clearly in writing, by phone, and in person.
* Must be able to work individually or on a project in a team environment, and work with minimal supervision.
* Must have a mature, responsible and professional attitude and ability to solve problems creatively.
* Willing to work extra hours to meet a deadline and willing to travel
